Initial Consultation and Follow Up

Service Description

We will take a deep dive into your medical history, lifestyle, family history, and current concerns. We will explore any chronic conditions, early signs of disease, and unexplained symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, or weight issues. This will be a dedicated time to look into factors that may impact your gut health, hormonal imbalances, sleep, stress, energy levels, mental clarity and metabolism. During this initial visit we will create an initial personalized plan that might include lifestyle adjustments, dietary recommendations, lab testing, and supplements. After you have had some time to implement your plan and your initial test results are back, we will schedule a follow up visit to go over any lab results, your progress, and adjust your plan as needed.
