$900 (Includes 2 visits, first is ~90 minutes, follow up is ~30-45 minutes) scheduled after initial test results in. Our physician dedicates several hours before and after your visits to carefully review your history, labs, and records, and to developing a comprehensive, personalized plan tailored to your needs

Practice Membership
$150/month. Begins after initial consult/follow up. (minimum 6 month commitment) — this includes quarterly follow ups (can be more depending on need), unlimited 1:1 messaging with your physician, ordering of follow up labs as needed to track progress, ongoing adjustments to your plan with curated recommendations as we go.

Follow Ups Without Membership
$250 (30-45 minutes). This is ideal for those simply wanting a periodic check-in after their initial consult/follow up or have a specific area of concern to address.

$250 (~ 30 minutes, Includes ordering of comprehensive lab panel and interpretation/tailored recommendations after results come back)

Bloodwork/tests
billed through insurance or cash pay through labcorp. We also use Rupa Health for functional medicine specialty testing. Pricing will vary based on insurance coverage. We will provide an estimated price, but please check with your insurance carrier once lab order has been received to confirm your out of pocket cost.
